Before work begins, we may agree on deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, responsibilities, and
other project requirements. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or
adjustments to the timeline.
3. Client Responsibilities (Working Together)
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, materials, approvals, and access
necessary to complete a project. Delays may affect project timelines.
4. Payments (Project Fees)
Payment terms will be communicated before work begins. Projects may require deposits, milestone
payments, or full payment depending on the agreed arrangement. Unpaid invoices may result in
delayed or suspended services.
5. Revisions (Refining the Work)
Projects may include a specified number of revisions depending on the agreed scope. Significant
changes or revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property (Ownership & Usage)
Ownership and usage rights for final project materials will be determined by the applicable project
agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Digital Marketing (No Guaranteed Results)
Digital marketing performance can be affected by competition, market conditions, audience
behavior, platform algorithms, advertising budgets, and external changes. Unless explicitly agreed
otherwise, OKAEVOX does not guarantee specific revenue, traffic, rankings, leads, followers, or other
results.
8. Third-Party Services (External Platforms)
Some projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, APIs,
advertising platforms, analytics tools, or other software. OKAEVOX is not responsible for outages or
failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
9. Client Content (Your Responsibility)
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any
content, images, logos, documents, or other materials they provide to OKAEVOX
10. Limitation of Liability (Responsible Use)
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OKAVOX will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or
consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
11. Termination (Ending a Project)
Either party may terminate a project or service according to the applicable project agreement. Fees
for work already completed or expenses already incurred may remain payable.
12. Governing Law (Applicable Law)
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Ghana, unless otherwise agreed in writing
or required by applicable law.
